Advent calendar December 13th, unlucky number for some but I hope these fairy lights bring luck. Lights certainly cheer a place up, especially in the depths of winter!

They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. This lone apple is clinging on for today’s advent calendar photo! I do love apples, so tend to eat one every day and the best thing about this time of year is that there are plenty of locally grown ones available. December 5th
